Otsuka Ai turns 28!

Today, Ai is celebrating her 28th anniversary ! Happy birthday !

This week-end she will celebrate it in concert in Yokohama for the 7th edition of LOVE is BORN Anniversary.

Bio:

Ai Otsuka (大塚愛, Otsuka Ai), (born September 9, 1982) is a Japanese pop female singer-songwriter and pianist from Osaka, Osaka Prefecture, Japan. She is best-known for her 2003/2004 hit Sakuranbo, which stayed in the Top 200 Oricon Weekly Singles Chart for 101 weeks.

Otsuka Ai – I Love xxx Single

After announcing her marriage to Rip Slyme member Su, singer-songwriter Otsuka Ai returns with the appropriately named I Love xxx. The sweet ballad is a charming tribute to all those Ai loves, including her friends, family, and of course, her fans. The single arrives just before the seventh anniversary of her major single debut, making this release even more poignant for Ai.

Jacket A Edition comes with a bonus DVD with the I Love xxx music video, starring two very cute penguins.

Otsuka Ai gives a concert strictly for lovers with the LOVE is BEST Tour 2009. The tour proclaims itself to be the first “pair ticket tour”, with tickets only being sold in pairs. The final show of the tour in Osaka attracted 15,000 pairs to listen to Otsuka’s choice of love songs, which is now being released on home video. The Otsuka Ai LOVE is BEST Tour 2009 FINAL recording features all 23 songs from the show, including hit love songs Sakuranbo and Daisuki Dayo.
