Hatsune Miku is a 16-year-old girl with long green pigtails and a voice with a range no human could ever hope to match.

She is a virtual singer with a computer-synthesized voice, a work by creators who met on the Internet.
Many of the songs she sang have proven to be so appealing that the music industry cannot ignore her. She has developed into a singer with a large worldwide following.

Lets now see who Miku’s creators are and how her world was formed.

My sisters are OBSESSED with Vocaloids. They are hoping that one day they can attain the actual program. But sadly, it is all in Japanese, and they speak NONE of it. Haha.
My favorite is Len, though there is another program similar to Vocaloids, but different..well, forget the name, but my favorite character then is Gackpo. 😛

Very interesting subject. How will these vocaloids affect what music is, I wonder? I was quite surprised that the songs could be found on itunes. Though, I’ll admit that the songs are great to listen too, I’m a little scared to imagine a world full of them. I believe that only in Japan will this grow.

Love Miku I even looked her up on youtube and fell in love first sound(love all vocaloids too). also it is an itresting topic to think of, in fact it’s so intresting that my teacher is making me write a paper on it.Oh yay 😦
