SID – Uso Single

After releasing their Oricon #3 single 2 Dome no Kanojo in January, SID returns with Uso, the end title theme of the TBS/MBS anime series Fullmetal Alchemist. The melodious song is composed by the band’s drummer Yuuya. Also features the side tracks Higasa and Yuukan Collection recorded live at the Budokan on November 2, 2008.

miyavi comment on S.K.I.N.

miyavi was at Anime Matsuri 2009 in Texas to answer some questions. A journalist asked him this question:

What ever happened to S.K.I.N.?

miyavi: That’s a very good question. (laughs) It’s still alive. I want to do it so badly so we’ve been trying to make it happen, but, you know, Yoshiki is doing X JAPAN, Sugizo’s doing his stuff too and Gackt is too. I’ve been doing my world tour. Someday. Someday! I don’t know. Ask Yoshiki. (everyone laughs)

UTADA’s Karaoke Contest

In collaboration with MySpace, Utada launch a Karaoke Contest on MySpace Karaoke in order to promote her album ‘This Is The One” which will be released on May 12th in US.

Contestants had to cover UTADA’s song “Come Back To Me“. Submissions being accepted between the 27th of April and May 10th.

The winner will get the opportunity (along with three friends) to hang out with Utada to sing karaoke together.

Unfortunately it’s only available only for U.S, Canada and Japan.

Ra:IN has canceled their participation at FURIA SOUND FESTIVAL 2009 in Cergy. In fact the show was delayed of few weeks to match with the Japan Expo 2009 held on July 2-5th, 2009.

MONORAL cancels 2 concerts in Spain

MONORAL had to cancel Vigo’s and Gijó’s concert previously announced for organization problems but Barcelona concert on Sunday 26th is still confirmed.

Paris’s show is confirmed for May 5th.
