Where can I find latest ATI’s drivers for my laptop equipped with ATI Mobility?
I searched everywhere on the Web and all I can get is “atimctw.exe“, it’s a ATI’s verification utility to determine if Catalyst Mobility is compatible with your system and download the driver but even if my laptop is in their compatibility list I can’t update to the latest drivers.

Solution :
I found the solution, there is a stand alone drivers for ATI Mobility on ATI Website. But I don’t understand why they hide it.
