Paris, Zenith.
Choose in the check box how many tickets you want then click on “Valider”.
Fill the form like this:
Last Name:
First Name:
Mobile phone number: (these numbers will be your id to log in on their website)
Email: (You will receive a confirmation’s mail)
Password: (6 characters at least)
Re-type Password:
Country:
Check this box if you want to give a ticket to someone. But don’t do this!
Tickets are nominative and I made a mistake by purchasing 3 tickets at the same time. (3 because one for me and 2 more of my cousins). The 3 tickets are all printed with my name on it so now I have to call them to make it change so it better to purchase one by one. (See more bellow).
Then Click on “Valider” (the first one).
Now pay by Credit Card:
Choose the type.
Enter you credit card number.
Month and Year of validity:
Last 3 digits of you credit card (In the back)

Check the “check box” bellow to agree. If you want to receive others information check the second one.
Click on “Valider”.
Now you got your ticket!
You should see a link to get your ticket in pdf format or jpg. Click on one or both of them and save it on your computer.
Last Step:
Check if you’ve your correct name printed on your ticket!
Because an ID card may be required at the entrance. But if your are a foreigner, you should have with you your passport so it’ll be ok. Print it now if you want just don’t forget to bring it when you’ll come.
When you have finished the last step (Got the pdf) your account was created in the same time.
If you want to go to your account, your Mobile phone you’ve entered previously is now your login. Just go to the home page and found this:

Enter your phone number, password and your country, all must be the same to what you’ve entered previously.
“Acces” to enter, “Mot de passe oublié” for if you’ve forgot your password.
If you want a other ticket, I advice you to log with your account and re-do the same procedure detailed above.

A little advice from a French I am, try to come 1 or 2 days before the concert because in French public transport like trains and airplanes make regularly strikes. Look at these articles:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/7093373.stm
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/7065944.stm
And technical accidents can always happen.
It’s just in case, keep it in mind. You’re warned! ^^
Your name on tickets but you want to go with a friend?!
I received a mail from Digitick which say:
“If all attendants come in the same time to the checking, there won’t have problems with the name written, just give your tickets with your ID card”.
So it won’t be necessary to make the change on tickets with X times your name written on it. All you need it’s to not forget your ID card, keep safety your pdf file(s) and print it/them when you’ll come.
There is no seat numbers on tickets so…”first come, first served”.

C’est la vie
Ready Steady Go
Link
Dive to Blue
Blurry Eyes
Pretty Girl
Stay away
Neo Universe
Sunadokei
My Heart Draws a Dream
Alone en la Vida
Umibe
Daybreak’s Bell
Honey
Hitomi no Jyunin
Seventh Heaven
+Encore (If you’re still hot!)
ah…….don’t understand the picture.
did someone know that which one is near the stage?
Standing or seating?
thz a lot
i’ve got some question. i purchase two tickets under my name, but i’ll go there with my friend. is it possible not to change the name because i go with her? or i must change the name on the ticket to her name? what should i do if i must change the name?
d’après ce que j’ai vu sur les vidéos, on dirait qu’il y a des gichets spécial “Digitick”…donc peut être qu’on rentra plus vite je sais pas…

paris is waiting me!
i do not have a credit card, can i use my friend’s or my parent’s card to purchase the ticket under my name?
thz a lot again
@alison
of course
Hi fellow L’arc fans!
I have purchased two tickets from Digitech but I want to make sure I have the correct information. Please can someone who has been through this explain?
I have received two different PDF’s and an email:
-1 PDF looks like the ticket, it says my name, TWO tickets and also 2 validation codes.
-1 PDF looks like an invoice, however this ONLY has 1 ticket purchase stated and ONLY 1 bar code
-The email however, does have two different reservation codes, one of these codes is on the invoice. (So I am missing a second Invoice PDF with the second bar code!)
When I login at Digitech and check my two tickets, both are EXACTLY the same?
I am worried that as I do not have a second Invoice PDF, with the second bar code on it, would this cause issues getting my friend in?
Thanks for the help, hope to see you all in Paris!
-hash
Good news! I have solved the riddle of the Digitick tickets!
ALL non French speaking ticket buyers should pay attention
When buying the tickets there is a box that you might have ticked, this buys the tickets for a friend. In my “must buy L’arc en Ciel fanboy fever” I ticked this accidentally as I just assumed it was some service agreement thing - oops
So Digitick sent me the PDF that says “two tickets” on it and states two codes:
“Code d’accès and code de validation”
This is NOT the ticket, you need to go the web address specified on this PDF and type in the above codes, you will have to login again with your Digitech account details. NOW you should see the “actual” PDF tickets! If you bought two tickets like I did you will see two different sets of PDF - 2 tickets and 2 invoices, both will have separate “bar” codes but will only have the same name.
Download and print these out and you should be good to go
All the above might sound pretty obvious to someone who has done this before or who can read French but it definitely wasn’t clear to me so no flaming me ok!
Cya in Paris
Always remember - No L’arc, No life
Heys,
Is anyone going from Munich or nearby?
I’m looking for someone to travel by the night train with.
DB is now having an offer with €58 for Sitzwagen and €78 for Liegewagen, round trip from Munich to Paris.
Someone interested in?
whats the difference between standing and seating… which 1 is closer to the stage? or what?
I need help paying with Paypal!
I clicked the ‘pay with paypal’ button, but then it said ‘Error with Paypal’ and it didn’t go through to the pdf, but it’s still come up as a transaction on my Paypal account. I’m confused =(.
@diego
someone the same question above, Standing are closest (It’s the arena).
@Charley
Try to log in in your account, if the transaction succeeded, you should get your pdf here. I can’t help you more with it, I haven’t paid by paypal.
The ticket website? How do I login to it?
It was explained above in “Last Step” part.
Ah sorry, I should learn to read haha.
But when I try to login it says the account does not exist. I probably typed my phone number wrong when I signed up or something, argh.
If I can’t login to account with my phone number can I use my email to get my password or something? Or have I just wasted all my money?
Hi everyone
Conglatulations to u all for getting the tickets
(T^T)
now that i know the standing ones are closer
i regret that I’ve got the seated.
how come they make us pay more for the further seats from the stage!!!
(i’m so depressed that i posted the msg on the worng page earlier)
because seated is BETTER. you’ll know why if you put aside your fangirl thinking and think logical.
I got my tickets!! thanks guys!! I got seated tickets as I do not wish to be squashed against other people!!
and one question, can someone tell me where Le Zenith is located so I can get a place to stay that is close? Email me please.. much appreciated ^__^
ok I don’t quite understand but.. My friends got me tickets, she is standing and I am seated, do we still have to queue together because her name is on the ticket?
I mean is there not like 2 queues for the Le Zenith, one seated area and one standing area?
For now we don’t know…but if your name is one your friend’s ticket you must be together at the checking, whatever one or two queue.
Can Americans get tickets?
…are there even any tickets left? TT TT
yep Americans can get these tickets and they are still available.
The tickets from Digitick have my Dad’s name on but he’s not going, will we still be able to get in if we take his ID and if not how do I get the name changed?
You have to make it change. Just email to the customers support: hotline@digitick.com
Hello,
Would you happen to know if the hotline[at]digitick.com support folk are able to speak in English? I made the mistake of putting my surname in the name section, therefore my name is backwards. Oops.
Payment went through fine (checked with bank) but I’m a little worried it might be a problem. at the venue.
Yes they understand English. Just explain clearly to them the problem in your mail.
I phoned the website and finally got my tickets sorted out.
Any idea how many tickets are left? Just curious.
Also, is anyone queuing the night before?
No idea.
Thanks a lot for your advices! I was worried about a ticket for my friend with my name on it.
Thanks for your help, I think my tickets are sorted now.
@Stal
me too! I also get two tickets,on my friend’s name…
but she’s not going…
I emailed hotline@digitick.com, but I can not get any response…
X @Stal
O @Emi
Sorry…
Can anyone else please describe their tickets? You just print it out, right?? I just want to make sure I have my actual ticket, and that I didn’t miss anything, cause I can’t speak french ^^
…and another question =)
(this is probably really stupid, but I don’t know if things are different in France, or if it even matters)
I want to be in line as early as possible, but I want to have at least a book or my iPod with me, if not a bag. Will I be able to take these things into Le Zénith with me?
Thanks for the travel info too, you’re a great help!
Sorry ^^; , but ONE more thing, I promise…
Hash confused me now with the whole PDF thing. I purchased one ticket. And as soon as I purchased it I went back to digitick through the link in my e-mail and logged in. I clicked on “Imprimez votre bille” and printed this off. This is the PDF I need right? I just want to make sure…
and JUST to make myself clear, the book and iPod are for when I’m waiting in line. I just want to know if I can bring them in with me because if I can’t bring them in, I won’t bring them at all ^^
Thanks again!
Yes it’s the pdf you need (printed of course). Books and iPod are allowed, just foods could be forbidden inside…
Thanks so much!
See you all there, I can’t wait~~!!
See you in Paris~~~~!!!
I can’t wait to see L’Arc~en~Ciel performing live! It’s my first concert and I’m sure it won’t be my last, for I am going to Japan in June and there - as you all know - will take place two more concerts in Osaka, and I will do anything to get tickets! If anybody is sure to get tickets for Osaka with the help of Japanese friends or something like that, please let me know! *desperate*
Back to Paris:
Does anybody know how many tickets still are left?
And does anybody have a clue how many tickets - approximately - were sold to French, German, Spanish, American and other fans?
And one last question: Does anybody know if there will be tour goods or even more things like regular fan goods to purchase in Paris?
May be you should check this to get L’Arc tickets:
http://www.fdjp.com/
Unfortunately I never tried it myself, I don’t know if it’s reliable…
I posted in a earlier post L’Arc’s goods for L’7 Tour, check them out:
http://listentheworld.wordpress.com/2008/04/04/larcenciel-tour-2008-l7-goods/
We don’t have any stats about tickets sold for now but I’ll post them once they’ll be available.
Stay tuned!
Thank you, Dlyan!
I myself am not sure about http://www.fdjp.com, but I will have to try to get tickets from there, because I can’t stand the thought being in the same city where L’Arc~en~Ciel is performing but not going there! It would be a desaster!!
I hope I will be able to get tickets and I also hope to see you in Paris!
Hydeist-666
I’m so envious of you ^^
Please send me a feedback if you can get your tickets via this website. It should be interesting for other events.
See you on May 9th! (You can join me if you took a seating seat, no prob)
Excited! XD
If I use fdjp.com, I will report, of course, how it worked! But now, at first, I am waiting for an answer from an acquaintance of mine who tried to get tickets for me per an acquaintance of her husband. I hope they made it! If not, I will use fdjp.com - to get what I need most right now! XD
It’d be great to meet you in Paris! I, too, have seating tickets. If you could back up three seats for me and my friends in the first row, it’d be gorgeous! XD (Just joking…
^^
You’re French, aren’t you? Do you live in Paris or even near Le Zénith? Then, I’d be envious!!
“Excited” is not the right word! It’s an understatement! XD
Crazy! That’s the right one! XD
